How long until I receive my tickets?

For security reasons required by stadiums and venues, electronic tickets are sometimes only activated a few days or weeks before the event. The delivery time may vary:

  • Sometimes very quickly after your order
  • Sometimes several weeks or months after your purchase, but always before the event day

What time should I arrive at the stadium/venue?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Doors open: Generally 1.5 to 2 hours before the game (sports) or 30 min to 1 hour before (Broadway).

What do I need to present at the entrance?

At the entrance, you will need to present:

  • Your e-ticket (QR code on phone or printed)

A photo ID may be requested if needed.

Tip: Download your tickets to your phone before arriving in case you don't have internet access at the venue.

What can I bring into the venue?

Allowed:

Good to know: Prices are high (expect $8-15 for a hot dog and a drink). Bring cash or a credit card.
